Protest in LASU after man stabs a 500-level law student to death

Activities at the Lagos State University (LASU) was Monday halted after students stormed the school protesting alleged killing of their colleague, a 500-level law student, Cyril Onyekachi.

This came barely three days to the grand finale of the 21st Convocation Ceremony of the institution scheduled to hold on Thursday.

It was gathered that the protest further degenerated after the school internal security operatives held the student leadership in effort to halt the protest.

Cyberposting however gathered that the deceased was allegedly stabbed to death by a commercial driver along LASU-Isheri road on Sunday.
