Militants blow up pipeline in less than 24 hours after Vice President visit

An unidentified militant group in the Niger Delta region have blown up  crude oil trunkline in Ughelli, Delta State, Nigeria, bearly 24 hours after the country's Vice President Prof. Yemi Osinbajo led a Gorvernment delegation to visit the region.

The Vice President had on Monday held a meeting with the local traditional rulers in the region with the objective of finding lasting peace in the region.
